Each phase is a master box. Inside each phase, every umbrella that ships in that phase has its own card with ID + name + summary at the header, followed by an indented zebra-striped list of its sub-features. Sub-features sit under their umbrella regardless of their own phase — each sub-feature row carries a phase pill so cross-phase shipments are visible.
